I always work with the goals they set but they increase them and in the end I don't get my bonus.

work from home, with technological equipment and doing interesting things, without having to deal with traffic or the stress of going out.

I have always seen that they seek to create a healthy environment, they care about health and well-being without neglecting safety and standards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
sometimes I don't receive a bonus because I don't reach the metrics due to not enough cases falling through, which is outside of my hands.
