ComPsych is led by one manager and one team leader, we have always worked together to ensure the entire team is happy and my manager has always ensured my decisions are considered first
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of time I have invested in my process, so the process can grow and I can grow together has always driven me. However, financial needs and growth opportunities outside have disturbed me. I think it should be discussed by management and match the offers we get from other organizations.
