me hubiera gustado haber tenido el apoyo economico de gastos de internet y la tarjeta de vales de despensa desde el dia 1 que empece en operaciones I would have liked to have had the financial support for internet expenses and the grocery voucher card from day 1 that I started operations

Being able to work at home in a company that dignifies our labor
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The mexican federal labor law establishes that we should have an economic benefit because we work from home here in the Cash App campaign. However we have never received that benefit that our law demands
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we get a benefit if we work according to the metrics, however there has been a delay about the grocery voucher card and about the internet monetary benefit listed in our contract that it's actually an official benefit established by the mexican Federal Labor Law
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that we should have an earlier access to nternet money support because according to the the mexican Federal Labor Law we should have access to that benefit as soon as we are working remotely. We have been working remotely for more than 3 months and we still have not received that benefit
