I don't feel comfortable with the company, payroll problems, recoveries and somewhat scarce opportunities for good performance, I think that being such a massive company with so many employees, invests little in the happiness and well-being of the people who support it from the most basic work

we help each other when we need support for something, they are good people, and I don't feel them like trying just to get individual benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a top performance employee, I would like to fee well paid by the company, with some extra bonus or real benefits as a compensation for my excellent performance, I got a plant a paid free day for a whole month of really good job.
