My coworkers are fine. Maybe it would help to effort for them to stay longer at the company.

Help customers and the fact that I know how people in the US think and their beliefs. I like to analyze customer's behavior and feelings.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

better job benefits and wages. Law benefits aren't real incentives, they are rights grounded on the law. They need to stop micromanaging and allow all the employees remote working.
