Overall it has been pretty good and I'm really digging this job but the low salary and compensation bonus are a problem so if I don't have growth within the company in less than a year maybe would be time to see other opportunities

The company and Cash App seems to truly care about our mental health and general welfare

That we are learning everyday different processes and work related skills without a heavy strained and excess stress found on other places
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better bonuses and a more competitive salary taking into consideration that a lot of other call centers like Tech Mahindra, AT&T, American express, etc offer better benefits and better salary
