I am overall very happy with my work in Sitel. I feel that i have incorporated in one of the best teams and it is so easy to work alongside my coworkers, which make day to day life more enjoyable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more responsabilities than stipulated and those are not being compensated accordingly
What makes you most happy at work?
My team! We work so well together that when there is any issue we manage to solve it with ease as we have all of the help from one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so welcoming and the divesrisy and understaing of the people is so broad. You feel very welcome and even if incorporated not long ago you already feel at home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are one of the youngest teams in the company with great drive, wanting to create and share. We would really well as a team and have an amazing and understanding manager. We try and show a different and more young perspetive of the company and I think we are doing a great job in acheiving that
