Being alone in my house, enjoying a cup of coffee and not stressing about the city traffic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
grow in the company, as a employee I saw through the time some friends grow and I think is great!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think all of the employees should receive the same quantity of money but in other areas, for example on the phone, in Cash App or in other campaigns pay more. By the other hand I think we should receive more money, I can see in other companies pay more.
