Sitel group is not loyal at all.

Being able to solve people's issues.

Sitel staff is not loyal to their representatives.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Too Many brilliant people around here, so much to learn

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

You could offer more benefits, Pay a respectful salary for a bilingual position, you can start being more loyal to your oldest representatives.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Every single representative is doing their best, but This campaign is not well paid as deserved and we only got law benefits. Attrition is going up and you know this.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Like i just said, The site is a Shame we can even have a Warm coffee, this is ridiculous, The benefits offered By Sitel Group are the less competitive and that is a fact.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Provide a follow up in the internal promotions, sharing genuine empathy will help. Sitel is Not loyal with the advocates with more terenure even though they have the kpi's on goal.
