Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not undervalued, I just think that Sykes should be more transparent and tell you on your pay report how much money you are getting after taxes or simply pay you tax free (In my case I get paid 646.40 USD monthly but after taxes i goes down to 538.66 USD) I mean that you should get 646.40 tax free
