What do you like best about the leadership team?
The TL is emphatic with the team, he cares about helping us reaching the balance between the workplace and the personal life outside of it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The 8 hour shift leaves the employee with less time to enjoy his personal life. Most of the time it feels like i'm living to work and not working to live. I think that this company could give more free time or the employee to enjoy his life outside of the workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The difference in the salary of an american advocate and a mexican advocate is huge. We do the same job and I think we have some extra credit for having the chance to do the job in two languages. The salary in this country is not enough to have a decent quality of life.
