My overall experience has been great, except a couple of incidents, one with the paycheck and another one with a couple of coworkers all good.

Most of the people are friendly and hardworking.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
some of my coworkers have been disrespectful and aggressive with me, they need to understand that this is a working environment and we are coworkers and act professionally
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Acknowledge and respond appropriately when a team member is not comfortable with their team members and try to solve the problem base on the person's mental health which can affect productivity and not team capacity rules. This is even in the law.
