Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

at first I felt value and part of a caring team, but lately sudden changes show little regard for those who work hard and align with the client needs. it no longer feels like home; I feel like just a number. the company seems to care less about its people now.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

maybe sometimes Goals are hard to accomplish

They care about their people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like we are just numbers and not people as least not for our campaign.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

the TL is great however they campaign makes changes without notice from one day to another and the response from our OMTT was " if you want you can check your contract and we can also appoint a meeting with HR" like seriously?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I used to be happy, I loved my day job, my schedule was great until without any notice that changed my entire world upside down now I work for 1 om to 10 pm and I have no time for me at all. no rewards or raffle for wAH agents
