That I get to interact with people from all ages and different ways of thinking.

We manage to create a fun environment and we are always supporting each other despite we don't know who the boss is, and that we are coachless.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the apps, most of them are Friedly user, easy to get fixed. coaches and USA team are always willing to work and willing to help. They create positive enviroment when working together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I know there's people earning more money doing the same job only because I work from home. Also because on other companies are paying on a higher range of salary. It'd make feel better if they increase gradually our salary based on the market and they increase bonuses.
