I like it. It's been relatively easy compared to previous jobs I've had, but it's still challenging and entertaining from time to time.

That it's a home office position.

Most of them are very kind and very knowledgeable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's all really friendly most people are easy going.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If you're referring to Andrea, my Team Lead, she's very kind. I really don't know other people above her.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're required to maintain at least 2 conversations at the same time, if not 3. I like the pay but I do think it should be higher. If we could be able to make our own schedule to work, that would be great. I want to go back to study and work at the same time.
