What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try to put the employee in first place, we have many projects and programs where the focus is the employee and its health and wellbeing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I feel my revenue could be higher for the job I make and for what I believe the company can invest on me. What could make me feel better would be have my Meal Voucher doubled and/or a wage raise.
