Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most call centers provide more compensation for taking calls than what is being provided, as well they give more benefits to their employers like vales of restaurant and vales for goods, as well as Fondo de ahorro etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
In my case it's that I can work from home and I don't need to go to site or our office location, I do enjoy having this option that's why I answered on the 24 no because it did not give another answer option
