Because in the industry's field, there are companies that offer a more competitive salary, so Sitel should be on top of that and create a new compensation structure.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work more in team and avoid differences between all members, since the team is not that united and there are different groups, our team works good but relationships could be way way better.
