The company has been great in general, however, I have felt they have not done anything to promote professional growth to employees.

Getting paid, talk with my 3 close friends and leave at the end of the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise the salary according to the tasks and duties performed every day since the competition has better salaries, with less duties and with more activities to relief the stress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the company, the flexibility and comprehension they offer when an associate is experience difficult personal situations. It is good to know your boss will provide you with PTO or LOA.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Accepting that every person is different. They all have different personalities and hobbies but the fact a coworker is different, does not mean they need to isolate him and not to include him in the activities and not to take into account his opinions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to be involved in different projects to develop our skills and show what we got. Also, we need team building activities where all the interests, likes, and dislikes of the team are taken into consideration and not to assume that the same activity will fit all.
