Time flexibility, and open-minded approach when resolving problems.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Associates working remotely (from home) need to be involved in company's activities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting the job done and having a successful day. (with no pending items).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First of all. Leaders should not commit/promise something they are not going to fulfill. I was promised a salary review after 6 months I joined my current team, but such review never happened, regardless of my great performance (according to my CPM). Need at least an explanation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to call out their needs with the leaders of the team, instead of overloading coworkers' duties. If someone has a need such as equipment not working, they need to let the boss know about it (and have them fixed), instead of asking transferring work to coworkers with working equipment.
