I have the chance to learn something new every day and interact with the management of the accounts for which we hire. I also love to help my pairs and give the chance to someone of getting a job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay the bonus we earned based on our performance on time. Going beyond the paycheck, I would feel valuable within the team if they consulted me when making decisions if they take the time to approach me and ask me how I'm doing.
