My experience at this company was great at the beginning, however, the way I was then treated by Ops was not good and demotivated me a lot. My QA Managers were the best ones, but unfortunately, the other ones didn't see my value.

Because the workload I currently have should be better compensated.

They are very helpful and communicative. Whenever you need help, they are there for you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would say the way people from other departments treat you because the skills you have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team must give quality the value it merits because sometimes they consider the QA Teams to be the department that must handle everything and it's really important to motivate the Team. Sitel is a great company with a lot of benefits, and I have faith they will make the proper changes.
