What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They should be team work

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is not team work on my team. Sometimes my colleagues mock from the other co=workers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company is not organized. There is not teamwork sometimes the campaign is Gossip between them (Starbucks)

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We should have like a room for our Lunches were we can feel comfortable and relax during lunch

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In other call centers the salary is better. Here the basic is 550, LS, QA and Coaches should earn a little bit more
