The communication and their personalities. I think we all fit together perfectly fine.

What I like the most is the way they let you be who you are and become the best version of you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overtime is most of the time something we have to do in order to comply with every task we have pending on a daily basis. I think it will be fair to be paid overtime or acquire more people for the same job in order to deliver everything on time and to meet the expectations.
