To me the most positive aspect of our work environment is that we have Open and honest communication
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not had a raise in 6 years ( not a referring to 2% adjustment that happened once), Appraisal should include my tenure and performance. We value seniority on projects, but we are not compensated for it.
