I want to need to be stop the punching Production Aux particular process in 9 hour job timing ever.

Most Important yearly Increment not done at time as well as we listened that 2024 year there is No Increment for Agent. In "Ally" Process those are working employees their Salary is very low and also there is no extra Incentives like Night Allowance; In R&R Awards Best Agent give only Rs.450 Amount.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

If any Employee proficient in thier job as a agent, if he want to grow and interst of particular post then without any IJP or interview to hire that person want to upskill his position then give to him. And most important thing need to Appraisal on time need to be done.
