There's been ups and down but I'm quite ok with the things for now (as long as my coworkers with attitude wont interact with me, I guess ill be fine). I am just really concerned about the procedure/process that we have & the attitude of my coworkers but if I just stayed at home I think ill be ok.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To be humble, mature and to treat everyone with respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working at home. Being able to have a peace of mind and not talk to anyone about personal life (avoiding gossip) and just all about work. Having the time to think and do my work properly with right guidance/assistance.
