Management and leaders in Ops are all great and I really feel great about it. Amenities and employee sat is not good so I'm not happy. No lockers and some engaging and employee amenities was removed. Equipment, devices, chairs are not good. Most of them are broken and not comfortable to use.

Align my compensation from my previous companies will make it better. Improve some employee benefit and amenities at workplace. Bring back lockers
