They are doing their job for what they are appointed for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe that each one of us our aware of our job expectations and aware of their duties. They are supportive and in sink.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation what i am receiving as compared to the new hires for the same job role that i am entitled to is less. And the talent that new hires have are not the same that we have as we trained them to our level and still, we are compensated lower than new hires. As compared to market as well low.
