I joined as a TL for International process EMED my managers and colleagues were very supportive, as a TL I was able to interact with my agents , but I was upset when I was moved to a different process, however the current process i am getting support from my reporting manager and I m happy now.

Not getting incentives as I used to get earlier. and most of the employees are not satisfied with the changes made in incentives
