Need Salary parity for all levels. With increasing competition, we cannot afford to lose talent, because we are not able to pay them as well as others.
What makes you most happy at work?
My ability to make a difference in our client/customer's business. It is humbling and exciting to know that I am responsible for success of huge organizations, even if it is in a tiny percentage
