Nothing to highlight, everything looks good, Travelling allowance should not have been stopped as it will increase the cost of the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I get my appraisal done on time, I would not feel undervalued. & also our organization should train us on courses to help us grow in life
