I am quite new to my existing team so they are open to any questions I may have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I personally do not get involved with Engagement bits for the site but it's good to see others enjoying them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Perks at Work is an awful system, nobody either uses it or knows what it is. In terms of my particular role, I feel under paid given the support I provide for the site.
