A roller coaster of good and trying times.

This has been a roller coaster of a ride in the last 3 years. I'd need way more than 300 characters. Overall I'm with the company I want to be and plan to retire in 20 years if I can stay!

managers keeping their word and being paid what is industry standard and more goaled to my worth and value and tenor
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here 3 years and make less than when I started because of being bounced around from campaigns offshoring or coming to the end of life. I was also told I was returning to my salaried Coach position in October but am being ghosted but the OM and others via emails. I've been quite distraught
