Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is so many things that we have to put up with as far as goals and dealing with upset customers being a CSR isn't easy. It's a struggle everyday however loving the job that I do the compensation should be better after a while you start to wonder if it's a dead end.
