I'm not part of a team.

Value people more by paying them a proper wage, and have proper structure for engagement and personal/professional development.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Value employees by paying them properly, in turn retaining the best people so we can achieve as a business.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have no direction or purpose. Lots of work is moving offshore, and I'm not confident I have security in my role.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm paid considerably below market average for my role. When I was offered this job, I was offered £21,000. I said this was less than my current salary, they came back to offer me £23,000. The fact the company tried to pay me as little as
