Have seen great people and worst people. Wonderful situations, every day is an adventure. Being a part of this company made me meet so many different people, manage to learn, and seek good things. Everything is great around here. Should be given some recognition and better payouts.

Breaks, logouts, and when tools have downtime.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not much to say about the positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I haven't seen any team like ours. We chill and work together. We have created that bond for a while now. We are great together. We are bomb.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even after a lot of HR meets and everything, we still experience the extra hour and 6th day payouts. Every body in the company needs to be recognized, we have seen the same people for RnR. Should plan something exciting like team outings n all. Chat support needs music on separate floor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about my leader understands the situation and acts accordingly. Puts on the friendly environment at the workplace. Make us realize what we have done and where we are lacking. Our leader is more like a friend than a leader. Asks our opinion when new ideas are about to be implemented.
