That I am the supervisor.

Communication is a deficiency. Senior management doesn't even bother with team managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No more minimum wage payment. Long-term employees should be rewarded with more pay and more vacation.Language allowance should be abolished or paid on an equal footing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That he lets us do our work and doesn't keep coming up with new suggestions. He very often asks us for our opinion. We decide many things together.
