The most positive about the culture and environment at your company is we get paid in the end of each month, even if the salary is very small.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As I said the employees working on complex task or complex environment/with difficult clients have to get a better salary in order to consider working durably in Foundever.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop social washing and actually caring about their employees, by raising their salary for thoses working on more complex task or difficult environment and really listening to the employees in order to not having too much turnover rates.
