It was excellent at first, but after some months it got horrible, I just can't keep staying here, I need to get out and to get a better job with better coworkers and leaders. This place is not for me.

Recognizing that mental health problems can actually affect the way we function on this company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop acting like they are better or from another level just by their metrics and performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing, I don't feel that there is something remarkable here. My coworkers just like to go out to party and get drunk every once in a while. That is not culturally valuable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to have more resources that involve mental health as this is the one thing that affects the way I function day by day and it affect my performance. I just want to be understanded.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As I mentioned, I am struggling with mental health problems which do not allow me to feel comfortable in a big, grey, lifeless and monotonous box in which I have to sit and do the same tasks everyday. And it can be improved by having just some windows on site as it allows me to see the world outside
