I still choose the former company. We are well compensated but since the merging of both companies, our salary decreased.

Workload and underpaid. Management will assign task but they never increased our salary

Undervalued and underpaid. The company should think that in this economy we need to bigger compensation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should not always care about the metrics. They should ask their agents if we are happy with what are we doing.
