They are open to feedback. They are always available to pitch in extra if required by the business. Team is vocal about the issues and come up with different solutions to fix the issues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have completed 3.5 years in the organization and also got a pomotion. I received a salary hike only once and the salary I feel is not as per the industry standards for the roles and responsibilities I have of a Manager
