For my first 6 months I think that was the best, but later than that it's getting worse up to this date.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based to my previous and current rate, I tried to compare it but I'm getting less than from hourly rate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
For me, my previous TLs and my current TL is all good. They are all fitting for their role, no complaint.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the compensation. All necessities and also the government mandated benefits are increasing, I think it's best to have at least a salary increase. The compensation is not competitive to our current situation.
