It has been extremely satisfactory, we always have challenges, always learning, studying KA's QT's, we have to keep ourselves actualized to provide the best customer service.

my direct TL is caring, always supportive

Always showing respect for all of us

What is the best part about your compensation package?

my max bonus, my chair they provided money to buy it, I have my screen to avoid eye issues

they are always there in case any of us has issues, questions, inquiries, we work as a great team

What makes you most happy at work?

This work takes my best and keeps challenging me, and also we have enough time to take cases, write notes, two breaks, one hour lunch.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They always are looking into their advocates needs, they are aware of each of us and give useful info and tools to get our jobs better

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving issues, some of the cx's calling are REALLY mad about something and most of the times I can make them feel better, that makes me feel great

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have the best team! Usually there are some guys from other teams asking here for swaps, covers or help because in my team there's always someone willing to help, also between us if we have some inquiry always someone answers :)

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Sometimes it might seem that it takes too much to have all compensation (productivity bonuses) but I've realized is just matter to embrace your job, be empathic, try to understand they all are having money issues (Cash App) be kind, and everything will flow. I love being helpful.
