Ownership. They lack communication, I find out about campaign updates from agents than from management.
Real growth opportunities, they do not exist and once you want to grow with the shown opportunities, they play with you
I would like to have less responsibilities or have a raise in salary. I make a lot of tasks that are not part of my role's responsibilities.
Management team, they do not make a connection with the campaign and therefore all the decisions they make are arbitrary, with no context of the real needs of the campaign.
Listening to the team, stop playing with their jobs, stop playing with their money, consider them real people, care about them, see them like people and not just like chess pieces.
Being paid more, if I am going to make tasks outside my position, at least consider me as a fake staff, provide me with real opportunities and stop playing as "you can grow, oh wait, no you cant"
I have been demoted by someone else's fault, everybody reminds me daily I am an agent again but they ask me to do new tasks that are not part of my role. If they could treat me more respectful that would be nice.
