Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recent harmonization heavily impacted our base pay as well as our benefits during regular holidays. We were not paid during the Christmas and New Year due to falling on day. We have already raised the concern to HR but it says the policy changed during Harmonization yet we employees never signed it.
