Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when a rota is put in place VM always seem to chnage it with no notice my team where moved to 2 weeks of 12;30-9 which is not the first time! also the systems are shocking breaking everyday getting more difficult to do our jobs
