When we were acquired by Sitel, we were told that nothing will change. If there will be changes, it will be something better than what we are getting that time. However, this didn't happen. Even the Service Award was removed

To be honest, I can't think of any.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is composed of different generations. Very diverse.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our local leadership team listen to our concerns and sentiments. They do their best to find a solution.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Harmonization took the passion in me. I'm literally dragging myself to work everyday. Still hopeful for better days ahead.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After the harmonization, the pay is so low. The amount that was added to our basic pay isn't enough to cover the 15 leave credit that was removed. Not to mention the amount of incentives that was removed.
