Be more caring, empathize more, be less hypocrite.

Nothing, is horrible, very unfair.

Employees needs, be more equal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my opinion, nothing, the only thing that I can say is maybe caring.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Regarding the design of the building, everything, we did a survey about this, and apparently you don't care, listen to your employees more, be more equal with every customer, and stop the "argollas" this suppossed to be a space of equal opportunity, how it going to be equal if there is a lot of it.
