A review of pay based on tenure.
the insurance which did not cover my surgery
they are lovely people! all the time great
Growing from within which helps new talent rise
Being present and attentive to people.
studying, reading, participating and being professional
Awful management from the Operations side!
Attentive people, caring overall and good through the process.
QRP incentive is good for the team of promoted peeps.
Financial management it seems because they fire to meet goals
Being clear on their role and doing their job well.
Below market competition, increased workload each year which is not reflected in compensation.
Not much really... Constantly firing HR reps does not help to that at all.
They try to keep a fun environment to battle how terrible this business is.
There is a sentiment of making things as simple as possible. Great for newcomers
Too many surveys, too much focus on what helps Directors and not what helps frontline.
Some managers are very old school without more formal training. Investing in them would be great.
I have a great, caring leader and the department I work at always tries to have engagement activities.
Stop doing "promotion freezes" which only hurt development and morale because they are trying to hit a bottomline
Senior managers plan months and years in advance while needing to look more into what's going on now.
salary increase to be competitive again in the existing market. tie in production bonuses to the real metrics.
Transparency and less micromanagement accross all boards. they are clamping down on things related to growth and professional development.
Lack of communication from the operation to supporting departments, slow and inneficient staff in areas, an unreachable upper level management.
Practicing what they preach instead of pretending. Their lovely bonuses are blinding them from the struggless their base associates go through.
Assertive communication and having a better understanding of social interaction in the workplace, by that meaning not trying to throw people under the bus just to look better.
At this point nothing really, the company has lost its aim and it is difficult as a middle level manager to encourage staff with the very limited resources available.
Salary increase was promised two years ago by our country leader and it never happened. likewise, tasks only mount up on each other and no improvement on compensation or in the possible quarterly bonus.
I handle a big team of staff level associates which is not common yet my compensation is similar and the quarterly bonus is edited in a way that impacts the total amount I could bonify.
Our compensation is not competitive for Panama's current prices and the competition in our job market. Aditionally, changing bonuses and diminishing opportunities for overtime while having overloaded positions in which OT is needed does not help.
